have you been hired through care.com? even if you don't pay the membership?
it looks to me that they put fake positions in order to get you into it.
I have applied for some and the responses are vaguely serious

Care.com is free for nannies. I've interviewed with many people from care.com and yes the jobs are real. I accepted a couple of these positions.

I'm a nanny. I've never paid any fees on care.com and I've been hired for 3 positions over the last 4 years.

Depending on your area there can be lots of nannies looking which makes getting jobs more difficult. I got 1 position a few years ago and my mb told me over 1,000 nannies had applied to her post.

It is free to post a profile on Care.com. The only cost is to people who are looking to hire someone.

I've been on care.com for over three years, and I've never had to pay a fee. They ask you to pay to upgrade your membership to "find more available positions" or whatever, but I've never felt the need to do that. I've interviewed with plenty of families, and I've found four nannying positions as well as tons of side jobs that are legit.

I'm a nanny on Care.com and found my current position through the site. According to my MB & DB a lot of times the response to an ad is overwhelming so they are not necessatily able to respond to every mesaage they get.

We just hired a nanny through care.com from an ad we put up. I only look at people who respond to our ad.

We found our nanny through care.com. When we first posted our listing we received messages from over 30 people within 3 days. After the first wave we stopped responding to everyone, it was too overwhelming.
