We are having an assistant from our DD's preschool watch her the last week of August. How much should we pay her?

| Figure out an hourly rate range that you're comfortable within (least you would pay and maximum you would pay) and then ask her what she would charge. If she falls within your range pay her what she requests. If she's too expensive you can try to negotiate or figure out another solution. If she quotes less than you thought was your bottom end of fair and reasonable then pay her your bottom end rate and you'll both be thrilled. |
