Model Contract - any on-line places to look RSS feed

Anonymous
We are in the process of hiring a part time nanny. We've reached agreement on the terms of employment and would like to put it down in writing. We want to make sure that both parties are covered as we've seen people get burned but we really like the nanny and want to make sure she is comfortable with the terms, and has the comfort of knowing that her rights and expectations are memorialized. This is our first time doing this - would a letter stating what we agreed to be sufficient or is it better to model it as more of an employment contract? I just wonder if there is somethig we may not have thought of (some topic) that might be in a model contract for nanny services. With model contract we could just tweak, but no idea if any such things exists. What do people typically do? No friends to ask on this subject. Thanks for your help.

I've heard Google is a good place to search.

OP: I should have been more specific as initial post left me open to that last response. Have googled - thanks - hoping to get the already been there experience of the people on this forum. Care.com seems to get knocked around a bit and that was the one contract that looked decent. Googling brings up so much stuff and a lot of UK models. Has anyone found a model that worked out? Did you do an actual contract or were you ok with a letter of employment? We're barely going over the $1900 a year and I just want to do this right but not make it more than it is. Sleep deprivation is making an easy task seem impossible.
