How much to pay for a nanny to stay over night during the weekend with a baby?I live in VA(great neighborhood)

| I work overnights and make 16$ an hour (10pm-5am). I'm not in DC, but I think something along those lines. For a baby I wouldn't do a flat rate because let's face it, baby sleep is unpredictable at times. |

If you're talking about infant care overnight (feedings, changings, multiple wakings) so someone is awake and on duty the whole time you are probably looking at $25-35/hr.
