Evening Nanny Rate

| Hi. I am hiring a nanny to help me in the evenings 3-4 nights a week. She would cook a meal, do the clean up and then help me put my two kids down to sleep. Thoughts on a fair rate? The nanny is experienced but doesn't speak English very well. |

| I'm a part time evening nanny with this exact schedule. The difference is that the Mom isn't usually there. I care for two kids and make $ 20 per hour. The rate may be a little lower if you are looking for more of a helper. |
