Where is a good place to find a live in nanny?

Does anyone have other sites they rely on (aside care.com and this one) for finding people who actually want to be live ins? I find that care.com has live in or live out a lot and that just tells me that they will take what comes their way but not really committed to a live in situation.

We have a nanny who's great but we are overpaying her for what she does and after this year it will no longer fit into our budget.

Great aupair.com. We had amazing choices from there and over 50 applicants. Our new nanny has been with us for almost a year and we couldn't be happier.
