| Has anyone made their profile hidden and then care.com made it active again without your permission? This just happened to me and it really pissed me off. There were families who contacted me thinking I was available when I really wasn't. |

| Yes. I contacted Care CS about it and they said other members had experienced similarly and they were working on it. This was months ago. My profile has been public - my preference - for a few months and don't remember if issue was resolved but apparently not. |
