Rate for afternoon babysitter

| We are looking for a babysitter (college age) for our 4 year old. The job would be picking her up from school 2 days a week at noon and playing with her at home or taking her out somewhere and then dropping her at home. What's the going rate for this? We already have a nanny we employ full time so this is just supplemental care so I'm not sure what the pay scale is. |

I'd think $12-16/hr depending on the student. |
