So nannies how is your day going? (the chilld is napping while I am posting)
Baby had s blow out diaper (normal in the life of a nanny or morher) Too top it off dog pooped all over ,while I was changing the baby. The dog normally go to the door to let me know he needs out.

I am currently looking for a new nanny family and have scheduled an interview with a great family for Thursday. I have a phone interview this afternoon with another family. Hoping one of them works out for me!

We are having a wonderful day! Story time this morning, lunch at the park on this gorgeous sunny day, home for nap and they went down beautifully! We actually had a blow out this morning as well, but I say a blow out followed by a happier baby is better than the grumpy constipated baby the parents had all weekend. Hope your day improved OP!

One of my share families quit last week when the mom quit her job, an dthe remaining family likes the girl to come to my place for a change of scenery. I have a cold and don't feel well so I am laying in bed while she sleeps in the crib nearby. It's heaven. We were goin gto take the 2 yr old boy we used to share with to an amusment park today as a farewell (she really likes him and I cared for him almost two yrs) but they cancelled this morning due to illness and as much as I wanted to go, I am glad to be home resting. We also had a diaper blow out today!

This is my first day back after a long weekend I spent in bed, due to the nasty cold I caught from my 18mo charge last week. Thankfully, we're both feeling better.

However, she's being a little crab cake today: not eating, throwing food, throwing tantrums, asking for TV and screaming when I say no. She just went down for a much needed nap!
