Royal Baby.... Royal Nanny?

Well now that there is a royal baby!!!!!! I was thinking.. I wonder what it would e like to be a royal nanny!! What would the pay be like? I would assume budget wouldn't be an issue! What would the whole expierence be like? Would you want to be the royal nanny? Or too much pressure? How would this be different from nanny for a celebrity?

Somehow I doubt they will be looking for nanny on this web site. Hard to imagine a royal nanny who expects to borrow the prince's car to hang out with other nannies at the park and chat on her phone all day.

No doubt royal nannies are paid enough to buy their own cars, and even their own food for that matter. Not that they would need to.

Yes, I imagine they will have one, although they've said they plan on being very hands on as parents.
The lack of privacy and need for security is enough to deter me. Think about it: Kate is always seen with stockings on, very put together, and you never see her eating. I imagine they want someone very posh and disciplined. That would be exhausting for me. Some days, you just want to wear a pony tail!

Eventually they'll have some kind of nanny, yes, but royal staff actually don't earn that much money - certainly a living wage, but not a whole lot more. Those jobs typically appeal to people because of the networking they're able to do rather than the salary (and perhaps for other personal reasons too).

Actually, Prince William's nanny was quite matronly and dowdy, so I don't think they are looking for a Vicky Beckham to nanny the kid.

Any royal nanny is always a mature woman with tons of experience behind her. Most likely her first charges are grown. What better way to verify the successfulness of her labor?

Whoever has direct primary charge over the earliest years of the child, lays the foundation for the child's future.
