Looking for recommendation for nanny tax service

Hi, I'm looking for a recommendation for a nanny tax service.

I found Breedlove.com and 4nannytaxes.com by googling.

Does anyone have experience with these service providers or other similar service providers.

Is there one that you'd recommend?

I have been using Intuit Payroll to run payroll and keep track of the taxes I owe. I fill out the yearly and quarterly reporting forms myself. This a cheaper option than a full payroll and reporting service. (It costs 21.50 per month.)

I am pretty sure intuit will do the reporting for you, however, for a higher fee.

Their online system is easy to use and enables me to run direct deposit for our nanny.

From a nanny's perspective Breedlove is great. My employers really like Breedlove as well. They said it was really easy to set up, and the entire withholding and remittance process is taken care of for them.

I'm an MB and I've used Breedlove for a couple of years. They are great, and seem to be great/easy for our nanny also.

Not the cheapest perhaps, but it has totally taken the work off my shoulders and provided great peace of mind. They do a great job w/ the tax management and we just handed the forms over to our tax preparer and everything was in good order.

Do you pay them a percentage or a flat fee?

We didn't want to pay the upcharge of about $300 a year for a complete payroll service but wanted help with the taxes (we are in VA and our nanny lives in DC and I did't want to deal with it). We went with the least expensive 4nannytaxes solution.

They remind us by email when we need to do things, they helped us when the tax rates changed this winter, and we find them very easy to work with. The paperwork they gave us at the end of the year was easy to feed into Turbotax too.

Had a bad experience with 4nannytaxes...they really dropped the ball. I would not recommend them.
