Just found out my son's eczema is likely caused by a gluten sensitivity. His doctor recommends a 6-month trial of a gluten-free diet. I'm already gluten-free, but my son loves bread and bagels. One of his favorite things is going to cafes with me and getting toast or a bagel while I have coffee.
If you've had to put your child on a GF diet, how do you explain that s/he can no longer have favorite foods? |

They make GF bagels and toast. Actually whole foods has a wide selection of GF products so the transition shouldn't be to hard unless you're out at restaurants |
