How often do you have outings? Are there any scheduled classes? And so on

I have a 3 year old charge and a 5 year old charge. The 5 year old is in school part time. We go to story time once a week, music class once a week, and a nanny playgroup once a week. We stop by the playground almost daily and go to the pool to go swimming at least a couple times a week. We are pretty active everyday. I love being out and about with the kids and it gives them great experiences!!

I am a nanny to a 4 year old boy.
Our schedule is pretty structured.
As far as things outside the house, we get out and participate in an activity at least once daily. Usually one or two days a week we attend a story time or music and movement class at the library. We go to the park on days we do not go to the library. We just signed up for an art class that we will go to once a week starting next week. About twice a month we take bigger trips that cost money (museum, zoo, aquarium, etc.)
similar to PP, we get out and enjoy the outdoors everyday.

My charge is only 2, almost 3, and my schedule is close to the other posters. We get out and do some kind of activity everyday before lunch and nap time. After nap, we usually do an at home project such as a craft or cooking project. It depends on the day, but I try to have two activities a day planned.

My nanny has found a few great classes for my DD. My DD is 5 now, but has been attending the classes since 3. They used to attend music and art classes once a week and are now doing gymnastics once a week and swim lessons once a week. I have an awesome nanny who found all of the class options, brought them to me with times and prices, and I let her decide which would be best.

4 yr old twins. They have a class almost each weekday. Plus we go to at least one or two storytimes or other activities at the library each week. When it's warm we go swimming each day. Their classes are: ice skating, tumbling, dance, and art right now.

I find keeping us moving with something to look forward to all the time is best. Plus the more we're out of the house running around, the less messy the house gets, and the harder the kids crash when it's time to sleep.
