Official cost of living index

I'm trying to find the official cost of living increase index, so I can factor it into a salary increase for my nanny - does anyone know where I can find it online? I did Google it and couldn't find just the straight-up COL increase for 2013 (if, in fact, there is a simple answer!). TIA.

You could try checking the OPM (Office of Personnel Management) for the federal gov't. I don't know if they list that but they might.
