Physician MB lied about respecting Nanny's PRIVATE medical information

Just because she had the ability to gain access to the Nanny's personal medical information, doesn't make it legal.

How can nannies find out who's sneaking into their medical files? Looks like you should check into this just like your credit records.

For those of you who don't know, physicians have a LEGAL obligation to obey the law. Some of the shameful ones think they are God, and should be allowed to get away with criminal activity.

Employers should be required to sign confidentiality agreements to further protect unsuspecting naive nannies from this kind of gross ILLEGAL invasion of privacy laws.

Law abiding physicians and attorneys, please suggest what nannies can do if they have reason to believe this sort of thing has happened to them.

You are actually correct this time. I am 100% certain of it. I told her that we will out the Tall Tale Troll more promptly next time. She's apparently getting some kind of sick pleasure getting all this attention to her made up story lines, and watching people get into a tailspin over her concocted fiction.

Have you ever watched that show Catfish where people use fake photos and pretend to be somebody they're not in the Cyber world? Alot of the ones who get caught are middle age females. Usually it's somebody who has a bored life and makes it up for attention and entertainment.

Yes, and not many nannies have a bored life or much extra time to spare on making up stories for the fun on it. They are relaxing after an even longer day of work than their MB/DB put in. I would say a bored SAHM is likely the culprit. One that has kids in school all day while she entertains herself making up these stories.
