Hello! My daughter will be 11 months in mid-August when I am looking to put her in day care part time. I am looking for an in home place with a nurturing, caring, educational enviornment. So far my search has come up empty. Any suggestions? Thanks so much!

We're nannies. Not day care workers. Ask this in general parenting, it's almost insulting that you would even put it in here.

Sorry we can't offer much helpful info, OP.

Try posting in the Day Care forum here: http://www.dcurbanmom.com/jforum/forums/show/35.page or in the General Parenting forum for more advice. Good luck and congratulations!

Right, she should do what? Conjure up magical money to pay for a nanny? Create a sister who can live-in and care for the child out of clay and water? Sure PP, that's really helpful input right there.
