How to vet a potential nanny RSS feed

I am interviewing a nanny candidate this weekend. Any tips on questions to ask? Things you wish you had asked but didn't? Did you do a background check? I've never done this before, so any advice is appreciated.

Ask her if she's on any medication, how many sheets of toilet paper she uses per day, if she plans on bringing her own food/drinks, how much water she plans on using, make sure she can't get the password to your wifi, and ask her if she's ok with keeping your kid engaged EVERY WAKING MOMENT of the day. You know.. the important stuff that if you forget to cover any of it you'll be coming here to complain about.

*sigh* They were listing all the things that MBs seem to have a big problem with, according to other threads on this site. It was a joke.
