I'm in the process of looking for a new nanny job. Can anyone please lend me a good nanny contract template so there are no complications this time around. I'm hoping to find something that addresses.

No Banking of the hours
PTO/Paid vacation
Sick Days

Have you asked your nanny placement agency for one? If you don't have an agency, you might consider calling an employment attorney or using the one here. Good luck!
