Have you used it to find a livein from out of state or an ap before? Do you like it? Pros cons?

I used it to find a live-out position. I was originally looking for a live-in position in another state, but it was obviously more difficult to interview that way (can't meet the families, see the home, etc).

There were also a few sketchy postings. A single dad with a son who could drive, for example, but wanted a 'mother figure' in the home. That type of thing.

I did find a great job on the site. Stayed with the family for about 3 years.
