Seeking Nanny for New Nanny Share - Mt. Pleasant

We are two young, professional families looking to hire a nanny to care for our baby girls (they are the same age) in a nanny share arrangement in Mt. Pleasant, DC.

The first baby will start on or around April 8th (4 months old), and the second will join the share in early August (8 months old). Hours are approximately 8:30am-5:30pm Mon-Fri.

We're seeking an experienced, responsible nanny with the following qualifications:

- At least 5 years child care experience
- Friendly, warm, and loving
- Punctual and reliable
- Knowledge of age-appropriate activities
- Experience caring for multiple infants at the same time
- Certified in infant CPR and first aid
- Valid driver's license
- Fluent in English
- Willing to do some light housework/cleanup of children's areas
- Excellent recent references

Did you find a nanny? I have a possible solution... I had arranged to be part of a nanny share also beginning April 8th but have decided to stay at home. This leaves the other couple and nanny short one baby. We have a FANTASTIC nanny. She has all qualifications except cpr certification. She did say she would be willing to take a class though. Perhaps she can take care of your little one and our neighbor's until august at least. She is fully capable of handling 3 babies so you could add another at that time...or she has said that she could bring her daughter along to help care for 3 babies if that is preferred.
