Direct Deposit?

Our nanny asked today if I could direct deposit her checks. Has anyone been able to set this up? Do I need business checking to do it?

Both the nanny and I use Bank of America for our checking accounts.

Anyone can do it. Just call your bank.

When I had this (both of us had BoA accounts), I just transferred the money into her account every Friday. Worked just fine.

Employees who agree to getting "direct deposit", usually get a little perk from their bank, like free checking or something.

Thanks, everyone. I know I tried to do this awhile back, and I couldn't figure out how to do it without paying a bunch of fees. I'll take a look at these options.
