If he is a very successful businessman, he never pays more than the market rate, and probably less than that most of the time.

Well, let's see.... If you owned a busy company, and you unexpectedly had to do your own babysitting because the nanny didn't show, or she showed up, but you had to worry all day (like lots of the MB posters on this forum).
That might start adding up to some pretty big bucks.

It's just how smart business people think..... people who have a serious job to do, rather than just being a control freak.
