Am thinking about setting up a cooking class(es) for our nanny. Any recommendations for during school hours? (And, yes, we have discussed this, and she thinks it sounds like fun.) Our nanny is an amazing baker, so this is both a perk for her and a benefit for us. Drawing upon something she already loves.

You are fantastic! Where abouts are you hoping to find a class?

OP here. Flexible on location, DC, close in MD or close-in VA. Just needs to be done by noon.

As a nanny I would love this. I cook mostly for the children but would love to add this skill to make myself more marketable especially when children are in school all day.

She could then get a job as sous chef and/or pastry chef. You are to be commended for helping her have a career with a future.

What's the name of that quaint little French cooking school in Bethesda? I took a class there a long time ago. It was amazing.
