What exactly do you get and how much do they cost?
Experiences? |
Are you a mom looking for an agency or a nanny looking to work with one? |
Agencies provide you with candidates that they have pre screened. This usually includes an in person interview, reference checks and background checks, but it really depends on the agency.
As for cost there are two types of cost schemes out there. Some agencies just charge a flat rate depending on the type of placement you are wanting (full time, part time, temporary, etc). The other option is agencies that charge you a percentage of the annual salary of your chosen nanny. |
Most in the area are 2000-4000
10-15 percent of the nannies first year salary. |
