End of the year bonus

| Nanny here, should nannies expect to get a holiday bonus if they have done a great job this year, and have adjusted to much change? |

It honestly depends on the family. I was with one family for two years and never got a bonus. They would get me a $25 gift card and that's it. I worked 50 hours a week with them but the mom was clueless to the nanny world.
All of my other positions, I have got bonuses in the amount of 1-2 weeks salary. |
