Employees do not give employers gifts but if you insist, then make suere uou specify the number of free hours, e.g. , 4 hours free bsbyitting o br taken in 4 consecutive hours, 7:00 pm - 11:00 pm. Forget the wine; free babysitting is more than sufficient. Not a nanny, FWIW. Frankly, I think free babysitting leads to MBs taking advantage, just give the wine.

Last year MB and DB didn't even acknowledge that I gave them gifts (not even the gifts for the kids!!) let alone say thank you so yeah, this year they're not getting anything. I bought stuff for the kids, but definitely spent less than I normally do. If it's not appreciated, why bother?
