Gift ideas from child to parent?

I get the large glittery ornaments from the craft store and we do their handprints on one each year (and I spray with shellack to seal it), them tie a coordinatin ribbon to hang it on the tree. MB and DB love them, and we're working on our third set this year. First year was red with white paint and ribbon, second was brown with gold, and this year will be gold with silver (or pewter, depending on which shows up/looks better).
With my other family, this year I got some ornaments and a little lantern-type container from the Target dollar spot. LO filled the container with the ornaments and then we did a handprint on one side of it, so they coul choose to use either side. |
