Recommendations for Nanny Service?

| My Nanny has given her two weeks notice. Didn't see this one coming -- need to work really hard to find someone, so I'm thinking of trying to use a nanny service in addition to other resources. Can folks recommend any nanny services? I should add that my kids are older, so the position is more of a housekeeper/homework supervisor/activity director. |
