Recommend an accountant?

We've done our own taxes for our nanny for several years now without an issue. I just got a notice in the mail that our SSA wages didn't match the IRS wages for 2011. I can't figure out where the error is, so I'm going to need an accountant to review our W-2 for our nanny and our federal taxes to figure out what the problem is. (We usually use Turbo Tax to file our taxes.) Any recommendations? Obviously, I need to get this fixed ASAP! We are in Montgomery County, so prefer someone nearby.

We use Joe Jacques in Rockville, but he sent us to Homework Solutions for our nanny taxes. We really like him.
