Any objective sources for nanny salaries?

So sorry you don't like official statistics and surveys.

They are still very useful to parents looking to hire a nanny. Along with other resources, parents can clearly see the difference between true market rates and the desired rates of angry nannies here.

I must agree. Care.com is the best resource. I especially love the $5. per hour option. I find it particularly useful.

I still think potential employers are better served by utilizing a combination of sources. Sure, the national average (based on a small sample size) may be one thing, but what do your neighbors pay? What do your local nanny agencies think the nanny you want will cost? What do your favorite nannies you've interviewed say they charge?

Your insulting tone indicates that you have no real interest in educating yourself. That's fine. The usual will stand. Smart parents will weigh the market rates against the desired nanny rates and will decide what they are willing to pay. The candidate will take it or leave it. Pretty simple.

There are plenty of reliable sources for nanny market rate data. There is no reason for me to do your homework for you. If you are a professional nanny, you would already know this information.

Verification of pay stubs or taxes required. You'd then how many aren't even paid on the books!
