My weird job is burning me out fast

Ok, so there’s a few things here:
1. No saucer or bouncy chair is fine.
2. No tv is great.
3. Did they actually say no music? Are you allowed to sing with or to the kids?
4. A walk is outside.
5. Is there *anything* in walking distance? Are you allowed to walk 2-3 miles to go places?
6. Do they have any type of yard? Are you allowed to use it?
7. Babies cry if they’re put down when they’re used to being held… but they still *need* to be put down. Who decided the child shouldn’t cry at all and must be held?
