Look, if everything about your work history was as good as you say, it’s not that you weren’t good enough. Agencies routinely have more applicants than they can properly deal with, but not enough of the truly excellent nannies that parents want.
WH is so big, it’s like a nanny mill. They don’t have enough staff or interest in providing much personal attention to the parents or the applicants. It’s simply not cost efficient, and it’s all about that. Of course some excellent nannies will fall through the cracks and get rejected.

Plus, it may be that at the time you applied, they didn’t have any parent requests for your caliber and willing to pay an appropriate rate. They’re very good at convincing parents that almost anyone can afford a nanny.

If they do not have time to personally research their nanny candidates, how do they even know they picked good ones?
