Is this normal? Nanny manager

Op, I let me nanny/house manager go for similar issues. I was paying $33/hr.

It’s hard to find people who are good with kids, household stuff, and time management.

I will also just say, we have paid from $28/hr to $38/hr (same number of kids) and higher pay doesn’t necessarily yield a better nanny.
