Nanny is so forgetful

Sorry but that's not true.I'm sure she could be going through some personal issue.
I'm a very responsible nanny and I do forget things if something is happening in my life.
Stress at work,family issues and so on.

Maybe the boss could seat down with her and have a nice conversation and try to understand what is going on.
Nobody is perfect.
