Let her go now and not in January when one of you might be sick with Covid and you will be on the hook for two weeks of FFCRA sick leave.

If you don't have money for bonus just let it go. You don't have to make us look at her like she's worse then terrible. When I read your post I hope that you don't find another nanny. Clean your house and it will be safe for your kids!

I feel like I must have missed a post somewhere. Why are people saying your house is unsafe? Nanny safety issues could be something like not watching children on their bikes or demanding hand holding across the street or letting kids sit on a window ledge. Those are not house issues.
