I agree that illegal is stretching it, but there’s no doubt that a non-English speaking nanny will not command the same level of pay as a fluent English speaker. I’m quite sure that was part of the equation when OP was choosing her nanny. |
Is then what’s your take on daycares that are Spanish immersion? Or countries where children learn more than one language as the norm? |
"Spanish immersion" day-cares (NOT pre-schools) just means they hire low-educated Spanish speakers who can barely speak English. |
