She read my massage two days ago . I think she don’t want to remove it.
Do I have to reply her massage in my profile? Or wait if she will remove.
Thanks for being helpful

I would reply to her review as PP have mentioned and give a warning for other caregivers on the site.

Until they amend their procedures to only allow reviews from employers for whom a caregiver actually worked AND allow employees to post review of their employers, I won’t use careless.

I've had good success with Care but it is really frustrating that parents can leave reviews like that. Agree with pps to respond back professionally.

Otoh, I received a nice review recently from a parent saying I was great to meet in person but they ultimately had to cancel the care date, though would use me in future.....I was confused because I never met this family. Just exchanged a few messages a few months of being asked if available on a certain date and I replied I wasn't. I sent the parent a message letting her know we never met and she must have written review by mistake and she can delete it at her convenience. Seen but never responded or removed the review. Some parents are really odd.

Yes, it sucks that the site does not respect people who are looking for work and do not control: whether a person really worked in a family or so, everyone who is not too lazy writes everything that comes into their heads ...

Care.com sucks. They side towards what the parents want. They also need to reimburse Nannies for travel to interviews as well (parents didn’t answer door and I traveled an hour to get there on public transportation).

If you only have money to throw away get a subscription. They dont offer refunds if it never works out for you. they just take your money and run. Had a subscription and never heard from anyone. They won't refund the monthly amount. They are scam artists. Dont even know if the people on there exist.

If her review keep you from getting other employment, you can sue her.

As a parent who used care to find my nanny, one bad review in a sea of great reviews, I always thought "something weird must have happened" and it did not prevent me from contacting them to see for myself. A few not great and a few great... I was more weary. I did see people who responded back when people posted things - often it was like your situations where people messaged or talked on the phone and then did not agree on something and then parted ways. The review would read like the family was left cold and the nanny would respond with "I am sorry we had a miscommunication. While discussing my rate, you said you would only pay 10.00 / hour and that is far below my rate. Because we did not come to an understanding, I did not agree to come to the house or meet your family. Best of luck in your search" or something and it was clear that there was something on the part of the family that did not add up.

So, I would say follow the advice of others and post a reply that is polite but lays out the facts. Stop trying to get her to take it down. It probably wont happen. Try to get as many positive reviews as you can to off-set the one bad one.

I regret even considering them as a resource for childcare. If I had the ability to give them no stars, I would. Dealing with customer service is like walking through a maze. No one has answers, and it’s always someone else that’s “reviewing your case”. They locked my account because I updated my name to my new married name, it took forever to get my account open and now the 335 dollar subscription that I purchased, I can’t use. But they are “reviewing the case”. For a service that is so expensive, they need to do a lot better with how they manage customer accounts and communicate throughout an issue. It shouldn’t be so impossible to get an actual phone number to speak with someone in person, there shouldn’t be such a delay to resolve issues, every “upgrade” shouldn’t be a charge and
a notice should be given to the customer if they feel suspicious activity is taking place; giving the customer the opportunity to acknowledge or decline any changes within the account before they just lock you out and cause further issues with purchased upgrades.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND AVOID THE HEADACHE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
