Seriously, I almost didn't click on the thread because of the nanny's vs. Nannies. And then, as a person who has run 3 family-related businesses in her life, I thought, wow, these people had better slow down and make sure any written material has been proofread. I get typing on your phone, but that's not how to approach a potentially money-making operation. It's not a phone error to not understand the difference between nanny's and nannies.

I, also, am not trying to be nasty. I and the PP's were trying to help with your undertaking as you requested. I don't think they were rude about it at all.
