First job nanny share need advice please

Thanks for your reply. Now, I am taking care of toddler as well. He is very obedient. He follow whatever I tell him or his parents tell him . Some times he is little hard to deal but he is child so it’s understandable.
They didn’t tell me why the previous nanny left. They told me she was not able to drive kids to pre school. But the kids didn’t start pre school yet how come she left four months before the kids start pre school. So it’s stupid reason.


But , I understand she left because she didn’t call 911 . They were telling me constantly they will be not mad if I will call 911. They will be happy if I will call 911.

Btw, who is going to take care of other kids if I drive to ER?
Can you explain?
Yes she asked stupid question. If I see any person who fall down and injured badly I will not wait to call 911.


I can’t leave other kids and take him to ER. Maybe he need assistance ASAP. I will not waste my time to drive to ER.
911 will tell me what I have to do by the time they get there.
