OP, disregard the crazies - it's just the price of interaction on DCUM...
If they are open to lengthening your shift, that's a good sign. Can you bring up again the need for the baby to nap in the afternoon. If the kid naps 12-2, he should have no trouble falling asleep in the evening. |
Hi , I don't care for crazies. They are everywhere.

I am very glad to find this site. After , your all support I was able to communicate with family. They don't want to lose me so they are agree to give him one long nap during afternoon.
No morning nap any more. I feel relax. Now, I can do tasks when baby is napping and he will be not fussy any more. Thanks for all replies who understand my situation and gave me helpful advices. God bless all of you. |

Wow another time waster reply. I don't use my phone at work. I think you never deal that situation. That's why you reply is nonsense. When a baby is fussy he don't want to play he cry for nothing. He don't know what he wants.
He seems in pressure. Sine he want to take nap. We can't expect from a baby to be awake from 12.30 to 8.0. Any way no complian . I am new in this form. Someone who is here from long time told me there is few crazies. So just ignore. I think you are one of those crazies. |
You are right and these parents are nuts. |
