Au Pair Car Insurance Advice Needed

We've always had All State and the premium for adding a driver who's under 25 is around 1200 a year. I don't remember what it was for older Au pairs, but it was probably around 50%. That said, I would pick the best AP possible and not let the car insurance deter me.

But with our latest one I'm ditching All State. Progressive is cheaper AND they can add au pairs right away who only has an international license. Allstate and Geico both require local license before they can be added.
