Frustrated with sick days

In other words, the typical two weeks vacation and zero sick leave.

MB pp again. The parent's choice week is planned for ahead of time so the nanny can make her own plans. Her week of vacation is also usually planned for in advance. To give no sick leave in addition to those weeks means that, if the nanny gets sick, she loses some of her vacation week immediately because the family certainly is not going to change their plan to take a whole week. Guaranteed hours are standard.
