It could be just plain old bad luck for now.
Perhaps there are many families in your immediate area who are searching for nannies now.

Call it the luck of the draw.

Yet, if you start to see a pattern forming you may want to evaluate the job as a whole & see where you may be going wrong, etc.

I.e., Unrelated child-care duties, no daily outings until trust is established, a telecommuting parent, etc.
