My work supposed to end at 6, but my employers comes between 6-7 pm and I don't have a problem with that, unless I have certain appointments ( i have to remind them to come on time). I don't nitpick on minutes and if they remember to pay, thanks, otherwise its alright. My one cent, you two needs to talk about this or part ways.

If you aren't being paid for an extra 15-60 minutes per day, that's crazy. Over the course of one week, that's 75-300 minutes (1.25-5 hours), which is a huge chunk of time and money, more if it's overtime. Over the course of a year (50 weeks, 2 weeks assumed for vacation) that's 62.5-250 hours. I prefer salary, but only when expectations are clear ahead of time. Perhaps you don't see an issue with your employers getting at least an extra week's worth of time from you for free (and maybe even 8 weeks worth!!!) during the year, but that just seems crazy to me.
