| I buy my charges "I heart NY" tshirts when I visit the city. I have bought them cute shirts featuring superheroes that they like too. I would never buy anything like pants, shoes or socks for them. Their parents can do that. |
What about something like OP' "The Beatles" t-shirt? Classic logo for a band long, long gone. |
| I enjoy buying my charges all manner of attire- shoes, shirts, pants, dresses, hair accessories, etc. It's not frequent purchases (maybe 5ish items a year), or a load of stuff at once, just the occasional thing here and there when we pass by a store with a sale, or I'm already buying clothing for other kids and think the girls would like matching t-shirts or something. The parents are always happy with these items, and the kids enjoy and wear them often enough. |
That wouldn't offend me; and her idea behind it is kind of cute. I just wouldn't have my kids wear that because I have zero deep feelings for any Beatles songs. If they picked an artist I or DH really loved instead of them, I'd let the kid wear the shirt. |
| I always buy book(or learning item) toy and shirt/dress |
| Oh I hate clothes with Elsa and Anna on them! So tacky and EVERY 4 year old girl is sporting the same one! |
