How would you answer/respond to these nanny questions?

No, 7 kids isn't a lot when it's just nannying and all are 3+. Now when you add other duties, extend hours and have any kids under 3, it's a constant juggling act, but I love it.

That first question is a huge, softball, gift of a question. In any field any candidate ought to be prepared to talk about why they think they are the best candidate for a position. If you can't answer that there is a problem.

Don't answer the 2nd question with a negative statement. E.g. "Looking for a family that wont micromanage, wont add more chores, etc". It has to be positive + low maintenance. If someone mentioned they don't want to be micromanaged I would automatically disregard that candidate - I assume she won't listen, will create drama and wants to yap on the phone all day long.
