How early were the twins born? How much do they weigh?
Sounds like you need infant care. Can you get someone qualified for that until they ate at least 6 months old.
Sounds like a tough job for a $10 nanny. I would not risk it

Some parents place a low value on the early care of their children. You can see it in more ways than one. It's just how some of them are.

Then they'll pick the most expensive private school they can get into, and wonder why their kid needs special ed.

I wouldn't take anything less then $20 per hour but yet I have twin experiences and 20 years.
Twins and babies are a lot of work.

$25/hr is not necessary - that is extraordinarily above market and only Mary Poppins or Alice equivalents would merit that.

For twin babies I know people getting between $25-30/hour.
