1. You can make $200 a night waitressing, so your position isn't all that appealing as a substitute 2. Do you really want someone who is "just looking to make ends meet"? Please realize that this will lead to an extremely high turnover rate as whoever you hire is likely taking whatever job they can and will quit as soon as something more lucrative comes along. I don't have a solution for you but I really don't think private childcare is the best option here. |
If you lived close to my house, I would agree to this position OP. The hourly rate is good, I would be making $50/Day, $250/Week and $1,000/Month. However, I have other sources of income so this would be just extra money for me.
For a nanny who is seeking a position to fully live off of, this isn't enough money. Perhaps you can find a retired person to do this or maybe even a SAHM. Even a full-time college student who has early morning hours open would appreciate this position. Good luck. |
Maybe pay a neighbor? More reliable for same money? |
OP, are you still looking to fill this position? I would be more than happy to send you my work experience and references! |
Hello OP,
I am a nanny for several years now and my charges are going to school starting this fall and will only pick them up in the afternoon. I can do the job you are offering since my mornings will vacant. I can give you my number if you are interested. |
