How much help with moving does the nanny need to do?

Expecting you to help pack the entire house is absolutely unreasonable on their part and, they should have asked (not told) if you would be able to pack the children's things. I'd let MB/DB know "I was happy to help pack up X, Y, and Z but, it's now cutting into the care I can provide for NK. If you'd like I'd be happy to look up a list of moving companies during nap time."
