MB here. While it is unlikely that this picture would cause major disaster, I would absolutely want to know because it reflects a lack of respect for her charge and for her change's family. Or at the very least, a serious lack of judgement about these boundaries. I honestly am a really laid back MB, have only had a discussion with my nanny after she was late 3 times a week for two weeks, otehrwise am nonconfrontational, but I would probably fire someone for this, just because it reflects on their judgement and boundaries so seriously. A group of 60 random nannies you don't necessarily know?? Sigh...I don't even have a facebook account because of privacy issues.
